Can my shipment be delayed?
Yes, your shipment can unfortunately be delayed in the current situation. We do everything we can to continue to offer you extra convenience and service during this time, but sometimes less quickly than you are used to from us.
How does the delivery work now?
We follow the RIVM guidelines and, together with our delivery partners, take hygiene measures to prevent further spread of the virus. The deliverers know what to do to stay healthy and to work as hygienically as possible. The deliverers keep 1.5 meters away and avoid physical contact.
Can I still collect my package from collection points and post offices?
Yes, you can go to almost all PostNL collection points. When you place your order through our website, you will see all opening hours of your favorite collection points. Or view the PostNL location guide.
Will there be delivery if I am in quarantine?
Yes, the deliverers keep their distance when delivering or place orders at your front door to avoid physical contact. Would you rather make a new appointment? No problem. Please contact our customer service for this.
Can postmen still work and deliver parcels?

Do you continue to deliver at home, even during a lock down?
